Use this page to request deletion of your PixelBox account and associated personal data, or to request deletion of specific data. You do not need to reinstall the game to contact us.
How to make a request
- Email stanislavmaraculin@parallax-games.com with the subject PixelBox data deletion request.
- Tell us whether you want your account and associated data deleted, or only specific data.
- Include your PixelBox player ID or account identifier if available, the platform you used (Android or iOS), and enough information to help us locate your data. If you cannot access your player ID, explain this in your email.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents. We may ask for limited additional information to verify your request and protect your data.

What your request covers
Your request can cover the PixelBox account and personal data associated with it that Parallax Games holds, including linked game records where applicable. Tell us if you only want specific information deleted. We will identify the data linked to you when handling your request and involve providers processing data on our behalf where necessary.
Account deletion can prevent access to the account and associated game progress. Uninstalling PixelBox does not automatically delete information held on our servers or by service providers.
What may be retained
As explained in our Privacy Policy, some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or legal claims. Retention depends on the data and the reason it must be kept. We will explain applicable exceptions and retention information when handling your request, as required by law.
What happens next
We will review your request, verify it where necessary and respond within the periods required by applicable law. Data processed by a partner as an independent controller is also subject to that partner’s privacy procedures; you do not have to contact every partner before making a request to Parallax Games.
